We are currently representing a national training provider who are looking for an Operations Manager. 

The main competencies of the role will be to provide leadership and direction for the business and staff, to maximise the performance of the various Foundation Learning contracts, deliver quality provision, grow and develop the business and exceed the expectations of partners and customers in line with the company ethos.

Analyse performance and customer business flow numbers across the region to determine appropriate staffing numbers.

Strengthen relationships with all Stakeholders through networking.
 
 
 
Implement new policies and procedure across the region effectively and consistently.
 
 
 
Fulfil contract performance targets whilst maintaining programme integrity
 
 
 
Ensure the quality of the provision and the customer experience meets or exceeds the Company expectations.
 
 
 
Line management of a selection of Business Managers across the region.

Maintenance of HR IT systems
Routine administration of employee movements
Provide administration support to the wider HR community including payroll, recruitment, benefits and training.  
 
The client requires a strong and organised administrator who has gained some experience previously within a HR department or is currently working towards a CIPD certificate.
 
Experience within a customer service based environment is also desirable for this role. The candidate would need to be pro-active and enjoy working within a team.
